Terms of Service

    1. Scope

    These Terms of Service apply to all contracts between Petatec Ltd and our customers regarding the use of our AI-powered interview and recruiting services.

    2. Contract Formation

    A contract is formed upon our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs through email confirmation or by provision of the service.

    3. Service Description

    Our services include: • AI-powered first interviews with applicants • Automated candidate contact • Document processing and analysis • Integration with ATS systems • Assessment tests and evaluations The exact scope of services depends on the chosen package.

    4. Prices and Payment

    • All prices are exclusive of VAT • Payment is made monthly in advance • In case of payment delay, we reserve the right to suspend access to our services

    5. Duration and Termination

    • The minimum contract term is one month • The contract automatically renews for one month at a time • Termination is possible with 14 days notice to the end of the month

    6. Data Protection

    Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR. We conclude a data processing agreement with all customers.

    7. Liability

    • We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence • For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential contractual obligations • Liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damages

    8. Final Provisions

    • The law of England and Wales applies • The place of jurisdiction is London • If individual provisions are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected
